Shipping
LLDC Studio fulfills orders within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days following shipment.
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders of $50 or more.
A flat $5 shipping rate applies to orders below $50.
For a local pickup option, use code DCPICKUP at checkout to waive shipping. After placing your order, please email info@lldcstudio.com to arrange in-person pickup in Dupont Circle, DC.
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
International inquiries may be directed to info@lldcstudio.com.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with packaging intact.
Return requests must be initiated by contacting info@lldcstudio.com.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
To select an alternate style or size, please initiate a return and place a new order to ensure availability.
Order Support
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notification must be provided within 5 business days of delivery. Upon review, we will provide resolution and any necessary return instructions.
