Shipping policy

Effective Date: February 22, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through LLDC Studio (“LLDC Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. States

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

At this time, automated checkout is limited to the destinations listed above.

Other U.S. Territories & International Inquiries
If you are a fitness studio, retailer, or distributor located in Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or outside the United States, please contact us at info@lldcstudio.com to discuss custom shipping arrangements or wholesale opportunities. Any such transactions will be governed by separate written agreements or manual invoices.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipments to certain addresses for fraud prevention, security, or logistical reasons.

2. SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders $50 and up: Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $50: $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping

Shipping rates and promotional thresholds are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax, where required, will be calculated at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Peak seasons

  • Promotions

  • Product launches

  • High order volume periods

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale.

4. CARRIER INFORMATION

We primarily utilize USPS Ground Advantage for residential and P.O. Box deliveries.

However, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers at our discretion to ensure efficient delivery.

Carrier selection does not create any guarantee of delivery timeframe.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated Transit Time:

  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • HI, AK, PR, VI: 7–10 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

LLDC Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Postal service interruptions

  • Customs processing (if applicable)

  • Incorrect address submission

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

6. RISK OF LOSS; TITLE TRANSFER

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, LLDC Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed packages.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Ensure delivery to a secure location

  • Monitor tracking information

  • Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

LLDC Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Undeliverable address

  • Failure to retrieve from carrier

  • Refused delivery

the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order.

Return shipping fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to require written claims or documentation before issuing replacements or refunds.

Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated.

9. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused by the recipient:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Carrier fees

  • Any applicable restocking fees

may be deducted from any refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Government actions

  • Labor disputes

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Public health emergencies

11. WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS

Wholesale, studio, or retail orders may be subject to separate shipping terms outlined in a written agreement or invoice.

Bulk orders may require extended processing times.

12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
